Where are your sunglasses made?
Our sunglasses are all made in Italy in one of the oldest eye glass workshops.  Our design team are based in the UK.

 

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes all orders are entitled to free shipping.

 

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship to major destinations all over the world. We ship from the UK and offer free shipping to the UK, USA, Canada and Western European nations.

 

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed will be processed and despatched within 2 working days taking 1-2 to arrive in mainland UK and 3-6 days to arrive to overseas destinations. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

Does the lens protect my eyes?
Very much so. All of our lens are rated UV400 meaning they are of the highest rating in terms of UV blocking. Our lens are also impact resistant for additional protection.

 

What is the optical rating of the lens?
Our signature lens is rated grade 1 meaning it does not distort and is the clearest type of lens you can have in sunglasses.

 

How are your sunglasses so light?
We use a high end material which is both lighter and stronger than other popular materials like acetate. This means we can be stronger without the addition of a wire core to the glasses, something that we think makes them just a little prettier!

 

Do you have a high steet store?
Not yet! We currently sell online straight to consumer and ocassionally in pop ups around the UK.

 

What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard & American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal and Shopify Pay.

 

Is shopping online secure?
Our shop certainly is! We leverage the market leading Shopify framework to handle all payments and none of your payment details are stored on our site. Additionally, Shopify servers provide cutting edge security protocols such as encryption of data and are SSL compliant.

 

Do you accept returns?
Of course. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you don't like your Trads sunglasses, you can return them within 14 days of receiving them. To learn more about that, click here.
